Moussa, Afiri’s Director of Economic Development, is instrumental in the planning and execution of the village’s infrastructure and agricultural projects. In his work, he applies a creative approach to engineering and construction, along with his impressive skills in resource management. With his support, the people of Afiri build projects by hand – the bridge, wells, and the Women’s Program’s irrigation system – that rival work done by machines in other parts of the world. Together with Nadine, he helps make Afiri a place where people are truly happy where they live.
